Adrenaline Control continuously invests in its proprietary driver maturity model. This model is based on 5 competence areas (mental, physical, theoretical, practical and analytical). Each competence area is further broken down in Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

Based on this maturity model, an Adrenaline Control instructor determines the driver’s entry level for each KPI during an intake and evaluation session. The outcome results in a fully documented and objective driver competency maturity rating. The instructor together with the driver determine the growth path either by focusing on a specific competence area or by a gradually increasing the overall driver maturity, working on all competency areas in a structured manner, climbing along the stages of the maturity model.
